In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to maintain a range of measures at our clinic to protect the safety of our clients and staff.
In the event that you feel unwell or become subject to Alberta’s legal requirements for isolation/quarantine due to COVID-19 related symptoms or exposure, please let us know as soon as possible and do not come into our clinic. We would be happy to hold your session virtually instead of in person if possible, or reschedule your appointment.
When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your vehicle or outside the building until five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This helps us minimize the number of people in close contact within our office.
Please sanitize your hands upon arrival in our clinic and regularly as needed during your visit using the hand sanitizer pump bottles located at reception and throughout the clinic.
In accordance with Provincial mandates and/or municipal bylaws, use of face masks in our clinic is mandatory for all of our clients and staff.
Plexiglass shields are used as protective barriers as appropriate in key risk areas or during close interactions between clients and staff.
As an enhanced precaution for the health and safety of our clients and staff, our clinic is equipped with air purification systems that use True HEPA filtration (removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns) and UV-C technology (kills up to 99.9% of viruses and bacteria).
If you believe you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has a presumptive or confirmed case of COVID-19, please complete the Alberta Health Services COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool and/or call 811.
